Make the Play/Pause/etc controls available from all tabs
The controls at the bottom of the main tab could be visible in all of the tabs, to allow us to control the currently playing music without having to return to the main tab.

Windows client
A remote that runs on other Windows computers, so that you for example could remote control your MediaMonkey computer from your laptop.

iPhone client
A remote that runs on iPhones.
20 votesAs of now, my reasoning is that people with iPhone are less likely to use Windows and MediaMonkey (and more likely to use OS X and/or iTunes). However, if enough people want this, it might be possible in the future.

Details of a song: show the the lists where it is included. (like the 'find more from' button in MM App)
When I want to organize my tracks in a bunch of Playlist, it's often quite handy to know, in which Playlist they are already included.

Cache Artists list
It can take a very long time to load artists as I scroll. It does this every time I restart the app. Wondering if there might be a way to cache the Artists/Album Artist lists so that it doesn't have to reload every single time.

Enlarge the time position bar to make it easier to use.
I skip around to different parts of a song frequently, and it would be easier if the time position bar were larger.

More Flexible Organisation of Nodes in Library Tree
The library displays a list of groupings under which recordings may be viewed. These include: All Tracks, Genres, Albums, Playlists etc. So far as I can tell this is a fixed list that does not depend on how MMW is actually configured.
My wish is that this should be a user definable list like collections in MMW, specifying selection criteria and a hierarchy of tree nodes.
I would also like to have the ability to define different named hierarchies to view particular organisations. For example:
General Music: <Type>=”Music”: <Album Artist>: <Album>
Classical Music: <Type>=”Classical Music”: <Composer>: <Album>

Ability to quickly scroll through artist list
The scrolling through artists or other lists can be very slow. A quick scroll ability, maybe to jump alphabetically by letter like in PowerAmp, would be very helpful.

WLAN-Hotspot for communication between mobile phone and pc to control Media Monkey with MMremote
Please, read my comment to the suggestion "Allow bluetooth connection", where I described, how to connect the mobile phone with the PC without Bluetooth and without an exiting WLAN.
With the help of the 3rd party App 'AirDroid' it is possible to set-up an WLAN hotspot without an excisting internet connextion. It will be very helpful, if MMremote itself can activate such a hotspot (without exciting internet connection).
In my opinion the WLAN hotspot is a much better soution than the bluetooth connection, because than the bluetooth connction is completely free for the audio transmission to a bluetooth loudspeaket (e.g.…3 votes -
